This page describes the current handling of information submitted through our contact form and the technical telemetry that operates only when configured.

Information you submit
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. It does not collect additional form information that you do not enter and submit.
How we use it
We use the submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about it, and send a confirmation email to you.
Email delivery
Your inquiry is sent as email to our internal contact address, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. We use SendGrid for this delivery, so the submitted information is sent to SendGrid for email processing.
Technical telemetry
When Application Insights is configured, Microsoft Azure Monitor processes page views, errors, performance, browser and device categories, approximate country/region/city derived from IP addresses, referring domains, and campaign codes. SDK cookie identifiers distinguish browsers and sessions; they do not identify a person or employer. We also count product-link clicks and successful contact-email submissions. Names, email addresses and contact messages are not included in these usage events. Browser page URLs omit query strings and fragments, and the admin dashboard displays aggregates. IP storage is controlled in Azure; its default masks addresses after geographic lookup. This telemetry is disabled when no connection string is configured.
Retention
We do not state a fixed retention period here. Because inquiries are delivered as email, copies may remain in our email systems and systems involved in delivery until they are deleted.
